To make your visit to the Deerfield Show beneficial:

• Go to the navigation bar on the left side of our website and view the Rep Directory.
• Call and make appointments with the reps you already know you want to see.
• Allow enough time to shop the entire show to spot trends and get a feel for what's happening in the marketplace. The hottest thing you find might be something you didn't even know you were looking for.

Bring to the show:
• Bio of your store complete with ship to, bill to, and contact information (have copies for the reps)
• Store credit information including bank account numbers and letters of credit
• Pictures of your store
• Names and locations of competitors
• Lists of brands you want to carry
• Business cards

At the show:
• Register with Mary outside of room 202, the buyers lounge. Here you can obtain an updated show guide, relax, grab a water, use the restroom, make phone calls and pick up promotional materials from various reps.
• Keep an open mind, seeing and trying new things available.
• Network with buyers and reps.
• Place your orders during the show to give yourself time to plan your store merchandising ahead of your delivery dates.
• Don't miss the Buyer/Rep party! Be ready to join in a friendly game of kickball or Texas Hold 'Em and have fun getting to know everyone in a casual setting.
